                               RESOLUTION NO. 20921
                  
                  
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE AN 
                  AGREEMENT WITH THE CHATTANOOGA CHAMBER 
                  FOUNDATION AND SANDRA KURTZ, RELATIVE TO 
                  IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GLOBAL ACTION PLAN- 
                  CHATTANOOGA, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF TWENTY 
                  THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute an 
       Agreement with the Chattanooga Chamber Foundation and Sandra 
       Kurtz, relative to implementation of the Global Action 
       Plan-Chattanooga, for a consideration of $20,000.00.
